Yes. We use natural Australian voices with proper pacing, warmth, and clear escalation rules. The AI answers honestly when a caller asks whether it's an AI — Australian Privacy Principle 9 compliance — and that single line tested better than pretending.

It takes the caller's name, callback number, and a one-line summary of the question, and immediately texts your front desk plus logs a callback in your dashboard. Nothing falls through the cracks. The AI never makes up a clinical answer.

We integrate with Karisma and RIS-Logic out of the box. For other systems, the AI captures bookings into your TeleMate dashboard and we can export to flat file for nightly RIS import. Custom RIS integration is on the roadmap and available on enterprise plans.

All calls and transcripts are stored in Australia. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. We do not train any model on your patient data. You can request a Privacy Impact Assessment for your clinic.
